The lovely 3 bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, just a 10 minute walk to Ayia Thekla Beach and less than a 5 minute drive to the resort centre. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing and quiet stay.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas, widescreen TV, Satellite TV and DVD player. The dining room has table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need for your self-catering stay. You will also find one of the bedrooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and bunk bed. Both rooms share a large balcony overlooking the beautiful sea views. There is also a bathroom on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC.
Outside, the beautiful and large garden features a spacious, lush green area, barbecue, outside dining area, seating area sun loungers and private pool. Perfect for lazy days of relaxing and enjoying the sun.
