2 X 3 bedroom villas right next door to each other. Villa 2 can sleep up to 8 people and villa 3 can sleep up to 10 people, so we can accommodate 18 guests in total across the 2 villas.

The villas are located just off the main Nissi Avenue near Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa. Everything is in easy walking distance including Pernera Beach (Ayia Napa), Vathia Gonia Beach, Nissi Beach and hundreds of bars, shops, clubs and restaurants.

These villas are excellent for large families, groups, wedding parties or corporate events.

Each villa has a drive way leading to the carport, a green area and the front entrance.

At the back of each villa there is a spacious garden area with a private swimming pool complete with sun beds, parasols, a patio with a dining table and chairs and barbeque.

As you enter the villas from the front there is a lounge area with a sofa, a large widescreen High Definition Smart T.V. with satellite channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube and much more. There are also sliding patio doors and electronic black out blinds.

You will then find the dining area and kitchen. The dining area with table and chairs leads on to the fully fitted designer kitchen that has everything you will need including a dishwasher.

There is also a W.C. on this floor.

By the front entrance the beautiful stair case leads you up to the first floor. On this floor is the master double bedroom with a stunning ensuite bathroom complete with a whirlpool bathtub where you can enjoy the views that looks across the Ayia Napa seas.

(Villas 2&3) The second bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds plus a single bed so can sleep 3 people.

(Villa 2) The third bedroom has 2 single beds so can sleep 2 people.
(Villa 3) The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds so can sleep 4 people.

You then continue up the staircase to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking views across the Ayia Napa coastline.

We can also add 1 extra foldaway bed in each villa.
