This modern and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to the resort centre, it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.
As you enter the villa there is a large open-plan living area with cozy seating and area and widescreen TV. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.
Outside you will find a large garden area and private pool surrounded by palm trees. There are sun loungers and outside furniture for relaxing in the sun.
Overall this lovely villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

This fantastic 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to the resort centre, it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.
The villa is modern and very well furnished. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with cozy seating and widescreen TV. The dining area seats 8 persons and the fitted kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a double bedroom and a separate shower and toilet room on this floor.
Upstairs features a further 2 bedrooms, 1 twin room and 1 double room which has doors leading onto a spacious balcony with fantastic sea views. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower on this floor.
The villa enjoys an expansive garden area with a large 10m x 5m overflow pool. Roman steps in the shallow end of the pool give easy access. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining and the garden area has sun from morning until late afternoon.
Free WI-FI and satellite TV are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

As you enter the villa, there is a modern and spacious open-plan living room with a comfortable seating and widescreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area for dining. One of the three bedrooms can be found on this floor, with a double bed. There is a separate WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and doors that lead out to the spacious balcony. All bedrooms have full fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

Cudowny dom, do którego na pewno jeszcze nie raz wrócimy!
Wspaniała lokalizacja, cudowny widok na morze z ogrodu, salonu, jednej z sypialni na górnym piętrze, oraz balkonu przy sypialni!
Okolica bardzo spokojna, ładna i bezpieczna.
Dom czysty i zadbany. 3 łazienki są ogromnym atutem (1 toaleta jest na parterze).
Łatwa i przyjemna komunikacja z obsługą klienta - szybka reakcja na prośbę przyniesienia dodatkowych kołder.
Kuchnia jest doskonale wyposażona, nie zabrakło nam żadnego naczynia, choć bardzo dużo gotowaliśmy i przygotowaliśmy kilka obiadów, składających się z wielu potraw! :))
W pobliżu nowa Marina Agya Napa, bardzo nowoczesna i ciekawa. Na razie jest tam otwarta tylko 1 kawiarnia, ale niebawem będą restauracje, duży market i inne atrakcje.
Pierwszego dnia, nagle w całym domu wyłączył się prąd. Jak się okazuje, nie można włączać grzania wody i zmywarki równocześnie. Cudem znaleźliśmy, zlokalizowane na dworze przy basenie korki, żeby włączyć prąd z powrotem.
Jak się okazało wieczorem pierwszego dnia, w jednej z sypialni nie działała klimatyzacja (która zastępuje ogrzewanie w sezonie zimowym. Byliśmy w willi na Święta Bożego Narodzenia), było bardzo zimno i na drugi dzień, obudziliśmy się chorzy. Następnego dnia, kilkukrotnie dzwoniłam do firmy, zarządzającej obiektem, aby przysłali kogoś do naprawy, wreszcie, pan przyszedł późnym wieczorem i naprawił usterkę.
Miejcie na uwadze, że w domu nie ma kapsułek do zmywarki, środków czystości do sprzątania, worków na śmieci, ani proszku do prania.
Bardzo dużo much w domu i na zewnątrz.
Niestety poza sezonem, w okresie zimowym, nie ma w pobliżu żadnych otwartych restauracji, w których można zjeść obiad, lub kolację.

Schöne Villa mit Meerblick
Gute Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche, toller Garten mit Pool, alles was nach vorne raus geht ist sehr schön und erholsam.
Ganztägig Sonne. Stand-Griller vorhanden.
Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10min. erreichbar
Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise sanierungsbedürftig. Der Preis ist an der oberen Grenze und die Agentur verlangt zusätzlich 250,- Kaution - jedoch erscheint niemand für eine Besichtigung und/oder Endabnahme. Sehr komisch bisher.
Teilweise sehr ungepflegtes Umland fast eine Müllhalde, auch die Terrasse war nicht begehbar.Zufahrt ist eine kilometerlange Schotterpiste

Norintiems ramaus poilsio
Arti jūra, aplink keletas ramių paplūdimių. Netoli miesto centro, bet automobilis reikalingas. Bendrai - puiki vieta šeimai su vaikais.
Nuotraukos sukeltos kokių 5-6 metų senumo. Realiai vilai tikrai jau reikia bent kosmetinio remonto.

It’s all about the view!
Everything was perfect
Wenn man nicht so anspruchsvoll ist, dann ist es OK.
Die Lage, es war sehr ruhig und nur 4 Min von einem Ministrand entfernt. Der Garten war.mit vielen Palmen bestückt. Der Pool war sauber und Recht groß. Es gab viele Sonnenliegen. Der Wohnraum war groß, angenehm für uns mit 4 Kindern. Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Herd und Waschmaschine funktionierten gut.
Ungepflegter Eindruck. Es gibt viele Tauben dort, diese verunreinigen den Balkon und die Terrasse. Als wir kamen müssten wir das ersteinmal reinigen, den Balkon haben wir nicht benutzt. Generell war es außen nicht gepflegt, die Fotos haben etwas anderes vermittelt. Überall lagen vertrocknete Palmenblätter herum, hinter dem Haus war es sehr unordentlich. Außenlampen die um den pool.angebrachtbwaren, sind weg und 2 waren abgerissen, die Stangen standen schräg in der Gegend, Verletzungsgefahr. Das poolumrandungsgitter war an einigen Stellen kaputt, Verletzungsgefahr. Im Pool die Lampe fiel am ersten Tag heraus. Die Waschbeckenablüsse waren verstopft. Wir habe jemand angefordert, der die Dinge repariert. Die Duschtür in einem der Bäder fehlte zur Hälfte und somit würde das Bad an einer Seite nass und die Tür quoll auf, sehr unansehnlich, dies würde angesprochen, aber es wurde keine neue schiebetur angebracht. Die Betten waren wackelig und die Federn der Matratze waren zu spüren. Geputzt war nur oberflächlich. Unter dem Sofa und den Betten war alles schmutzig. Es lagen auch vergessene Sachen vom Vormieter herum. In allen Schlafraumschränken stank es muffig und im Topfschrank war ein grausamer alter ranziger Fettgestank, ebenso bei allen Töpfen. Das Geschirr und Besteck war für 6 Personen abgezählt, hatte etwas mehr sein können.
