This brand new, luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay
As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay and also includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 3 persons.
One of the bathrooms with a shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor
Upstairs, you will find the four modern and spacious bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed and offers seaviews. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC

Lovely Villa pity about the cold pool and lack of sun in garden
Lovely modern villa.
Great location.
Villa had everything we needed kitchen wise.
Great service from rental company.
Overall a good stay just a pity about the freezing pool.
The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold. It got zero sun and was unusable. My daughter wouldn't even go in and it's difficult to keep her out of the pool usually.
Showers need a good clean.
No safe found.

The villa is new, modern, bright and really very cozy, it had everything we needed, except vacuum cleaner :)
The villa was not qualitatively cleaned. There was a lot of hair on the stairs to the second floor and in the living room, which was very annoying. If there had been a vacuum cleaner we would have just been vacuumed and this dirt would not have fallen so out of sight :)

Perfect location, nice clean house and linen! Perfect for family with young kids and teenagers!
They only problem was the ants...
