This is 3 X 3 bedroom villas right next door to each other. Each villa can sleep up to 8 people, so 24 people across the 3 villas.

The villas are located just off the main Nissi Avenue near Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa. Everything is in easy walking distance including Pernera Beach (Ayia Napa), Vathia Gonia Beach, Nissi Beach and hundreds of bars, shops, clubs and restaurants.

These villas are excellent for large families, groups, wedding parties or corporate events.

Each villa has a drive way leading to the carport, a green area and the front entrance.

At the back of each villa there is a spacious private swimming pool complete with sun beds, parasols, a patio with a dining table and chairs and bbq.

As you enter the villas from the front there is a lounge area with a sofa bed, large widescreen H.D.T.V. with satellite channels, sliding patio doors, electronic black out blinds. You will then find the dining area and kitchen.

The dining area with table and chairs leads on to the fully fitted designer kitchen that has everything you will need including a dishwasher.

There is also a W.C. on this floor.

By the front entrance the beautiful stair case leads you up to the first floor.
On this floor is the master double bedroom with a stunning ensuite bathroom and a whirlpool bathtub with views from that looks across the Ayia Napa seas.

There is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a triple bedroom with bunk beds and 1 single bed.

You then continue up the staircase to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking views across the Ayia Napa coastline.
