This lovely and modern 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beaches and amenities and a 15 minute walk to all the Ayia Napa nightlife. Ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer.

As you walk in, you will find the large, open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features comfortable sofas, widescreen TV and large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the kitchen is equipped with everything you require for your self-catering stay. One of the three bedrooms is on this floor with a double bed and doors leading to the garden area, a separate bathroom with shower and WC as well as a small utility room.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, both of which have two single beds and a shared balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is another bathroom on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

Outside, the villa has a spacious garden area with a barbecue, shaded outside dining area, sun loungers and private pool.

There is free WI-FI available and air conditioning throughout.
