Downstairs, the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors that offer sea views from every angle. The furniture and décor is contemporary and stylish with ample seating in the living and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and includes a breakfast bar with seating area. There is also a WC on this floor
Upstairs, the villa has four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; Bedroom 2 has a double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; bedroom 3 has two single beds and bedroom 4 has three single beds. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and offer beautiful views
The remaining two bedrooms can be found in the newly-built, separate annex that can be independently accessed from the stairs in the garden area. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, king-sized beds, widescreen TVs and also offer fantastic views.

As you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen, living room and dining area with breath-taking sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfortable self-catering stay. The dining area seats 12 persons.
The living room area offers ample seating with comfortable sofas, TV area and large patio doors leading to a veranda. There is a wide screen television, a Satellite TV and complimentary wireless Internet. There is also a toilet on this floor.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find 3 of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and a balcony. There is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom (kids room). From the double bedrooms you can enjoy the stunning Protaras sea views.
