Medium class.
:) We liked the location as there were not much people around an we could easily walk to beach with no people. Car is a must in this villa as nearest grocery store is 2 km away. Villas are very close to each other so it depends on luck if you get good neighbors, ours were really quiet and good. Good showers. Good chairs in kitchen. It depends what you expect, this is decent place to stay but nothing to gush about.
:( Gardening people just showed up early in morning and took their electric saws and butchered all blooming trees, not to mention the noise they created, it was awful. I think that can be arranged to be done when no one is renting? Laying beds by the pool are very uncomfortable, needs to be upgraded. Patio furniture is really cheap and uncomfortable. Bathrooms are really smallish.

Ayia Napa
:) Near Ayia Napa center (5km by car).
- Good connexion.
- Nice little swimming pool.
- Private parking.
- Very quiet area.
- Nice villa and good space.
:( As you know that there is a lot of insects, you have to put a product in sight, it's not up to us to buy on our arrival.
- Alot of ants and cockroachs even with all doors closed.
Well equipped kitchen but salt pepper and oil not available (basic product please!)
- living room TV doesn't work KSV 23.
