Paradise Beach is located on the South East Coast of Mauritius, within the picturesque, friendly neighborhood of Pointe d’Esny. This tropical paradise stretches from Blue Bay to the colorful village of Mahebourg and is known to Mauritians as being one of the best stretches of white beach and preserved lagoon on the island.

The coastline is primarily residential, dotted with holiday homes and second residences which come alive mostly during holiday season and over weekends. Blue Bay, to the South, is known for its Marine Park where one may enjoy snorkeling among the best kept coral formations on the island. To the North is Mahebourg, a charming historical village - its vibrant market and typical village life makes for an authentic experience of Mauritius.

The complex is a convenient 15-minute drive from the SSR International Airport, 20 minutes drive from the town of Curepipe and approximately 45 minutes drive from Port Louis, the country’s capital city.

With breathtaking views, the penthouses boast large open spaces, inside and outside with covered terraces and is ideal for holiday living. “Fit for royalty”, these luxury apartments emanate a feeling of grandeur and may comfortably sleep up to eight persons in four en-suite bedrooms.

A spacious living area with a modern, open plan and interactive kitchen opens directly onto a large covered terrace overlooking the ocean. Furthermore, because of the duplication of lounges and dining areas, clients may choose to dine and relax indoors or on the terrace, depending on the weather.

The apartments are entirely air-conditioned and include modern luxuries such as a 42” LCD television in the lounge and a 32” LCD television in the master bedroom - both with French & English satellite television - as well as a nespresso machine, free wi-fi internet connections and an iPod docking station.
