This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, just a 10 minute walk to Ayia Thekla Beach and less than a 5 minute drive to the resort centre. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, close to all amenities.

The villa is modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV with satellite and DVD player. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils that you need.
You will also find one of the bedrooms on this floor with a double bed and fitted wardrobes as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and share a large balcony that overlooks the stunning sea views. There is also a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

Outside, the villa features a spacious, lush green and mature garden with a barbecue, outside dining area, sun loungers and large private pool, ideal for days of lazing around the pool in the sun.
