This super 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the resort centre, right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Spacious both inside and out, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer.
The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, with widescreen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a w/c on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. A large and sunny balcony area can be accessed from the main bedroom.
Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden and pool area, surrounded by trees for privacy. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining. The swimming pool has roman steps making it easily accessible.
