Ładny obiekt, ale niestety niezbyt czysty.

Obiekt bardzo ładny, dużym atutem są duże przeszklenia w salonie i sypialni, możliwość otwarcia salonu na taras i powiększenia przestrzeni.

Niestety dom nie jest zbyt czysty. Sofa w salonie zdecydowanie nadaje się do wyprania bo jest poplamiona. Ręczniki przed użyciem musiałam prać, ponieważ miałam wrażenie, że są wyprane bez użycia jakiegokolwiek proszku do prania czy płynu. Były żółtawe i sprawiały wrażenie niedopranych, bez zapachu świeżości.
Minusem jest to, że pomimo rezerwacji obiektu na 8 osób, nie było w nim wystarczającej ilości sztućców (noży).
Uważam, że obiekt powinien być wyposażony też chociażby w worki na śmieci, płyn do naczyń czy tabletki do zmywarki. Już nie mówiąc o podstawowych przyprawach - soli lub cukrze. Wszystko musieliśmy dodatkowo kupować.
Leżaki na dachu uszkodzone, z podartym materiałem uniemożliwiającym korzystanie z nich. Brak wody w jacuzzi, które zresztą też było brudne. Brak kontaktu z osobą odpowiedzialną za nalanie wody i wyczyszczenie go.

Если нужен вид на море, то уточняйте, в какую именно виллу вас заселят и смотрите фото.

Хорошая вилла, чистая, белая, заметно отличается от остальных "старомодных" вилл на районе.

Нас заселили в виллу номер 7, из которой как оказалось нет вида на море, хотя в описании везде присутствовал вид на море. Пожалуй, это было самое большое разочарование. Нормальный вид на море есть только у двух боковых вилл или у вилл, у которых есть зона для отдыха на втором этаже.

Superb

Very nice modern villa near to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub in the garden! All facilities are near to the villa. We had great vacation!

Villa is not so new and fresh as on the photos) but not bad in general. It would be better to give more details on how to get keys as our particular villa had special hidden door with keybox inside, so we had to call administration to find it.

Best place we ever been to

The villa was Immaculate , the pool was large enough u could enjoy it , couple of mins from a beach set in a cove , the water was nice and still and water sports if u wanted , less then 20 mins from Ayia Napa bars and Restaurants everywhere you went, perfect place to relax , will definitely be back again the agents for the villa were the best , nothing was too much (Vicki)

Die Villa ist ein perfekter Ort, um einen wundervollen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden zu verbringen

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut. Zu Fuß über einen Feldweg gelangt man nach ca. 3-5 Minuten an eine kleine, wunderschöne Bucht. Auch alle anderen Strände sind entweder zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Auto keine 5. Bäcker und Supermarkt ebenso. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten, Pool der groß genug ist und an Ausstattung fehlt es auch nicht. Eine Kaffeemaschine hat gefehlt, diese wurde nach Rückfrage sofort geliefert, toller Service. Die Zwischenreinigung hat auch problemlos geklappt. Highlight sind die komplett aufschiebbaren Türen, sodass man quasi draußen leben kann. Wir wahren zu 6 in diesem Haus und hatten ausreichend Platz.

Nun, die negativen Seiten sind wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Villa ist kaum 3 Jahre alt, leider hat sie schon einige Abnutzungsstellen, wie Stange Dusche in einem Bad locker, Mülleimerdeckel defekt. Rückseite des Hauses (Abstellplatz unordentlich).
Die Dachterrasse macht leider auch keinen guten Eindruck. Das Sofa ja, aber der Hot Tube sieht leider nicht sehr annehmlich aus, sodass wir diesen auch nicht gemietet haben. Besser wäre es dem Kunden die Poolheizung anzubieten, da man diesen Abends im Oktober nicht mehr nutzen konnte, da der Garten ab Nachmittags im Schatten liegt.

Recommended, we would book again

Pool was great, location was convenient with a nice beach nearby and good restaurants in walking distance. Amenities were great, with a welcome pack of fridge essentials awaiting us. Host agency was available and friendly and the house overall was very well appointed and easy to relax in and enjoy.

There were a few minor niggles - the aircon times out after 6hrs in the bedrooms as a power saving measure, meaning we had to get up in the middle of the night to switch it back on in the child’s room. The bedroom bedside lights had Euro plugs with no adapters for some reason, so couldn’t be used. The bbq was a little basic.
