This lovely 3 bedroom villa is set in a private cul de sac, located in Ayia Napa close to all beaches and amenities.
Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything required for a relaxing stay. It features a comfortable open-plan living area, dining area with seating for 6 persons and a fitted kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a downstairs W/C.
Upstairs, the villa has a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and large balcony, there are also two twin bedroom all with balcony access. A family bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower in also located on this floor.
Outside, the villa has a sunny and spacious private pool and garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture plus a built in BBQ, outside shower and off road parking. There is a large decking area in the garden.
Free WI-FI and satellite TV are available and the villa has air-conditioning throughout.
Overall, a lovely villa in a superb location, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The Nissi Avenue area of the resort has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, with the nightlife centre just a few minutes walk away. Both Sandy Bay and the famous Nissi Beach beach are within easy reach.
This villa includes our Tourist Info World VIP Wristbands which will give you many discounts in the best bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and tourist attractions saving you hundreds of Euros during your stay. A free welcome pack is also provided which include coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, water, jam and other basics to help you get going upon arrival.
We also offer free home shopping at these villas, when your booking is confirmed you will be able to login on our website and choose from hundreds of items. You simply select which items you want and we will have them ready in your villa for your arrival. This is much cheaper than shopping at the local stores and saves you time and stress.
Private airport transfers are available to and from the villas, the drivers already know the location so they will wait for you in Larnaca arrivals hall with a board with your name on it and take you directly to the villas. So no delays or stress.
For a 6 seater private Mercedes Limo the price is 130 Euros for the return.
Up to 12 people in a minibus is 260 Euros for the return.
Up to 21 people in a larger bus is 390 Euros for the return.

Gorgeous villa
Amazing villa! Best place for 6 persons to have fun together! Lovely pool and fruit trees in the yard) all furniture is new and comfortable, very big smart tv! So you can add your smartphone and use it) amazing billiards table! Even 2 air conditioners in the living room, that’s very useful. Everything was nice, many thanks to super friendly staff:) also in the yard is beautiful dining table with palms and banana trees around- perfect place for breakfasts and dinners ! Thanks for a good wine as a present, it was very cute❤️

Fabulous
The villa itself was impeccable, I could not find a fault. The pool was very clean and the facilities were all in good working order. All of the rooms were air conditioned which was a good send as the tempterature was 30° plus most days. Vicki was very helpful over the phone whenever we needed her and answered any of our questions and solved our problems. I would also like to thank Andreas and angel who were the taxi drivers who looked after us all holiday, recommending places to eat and visit and always being available for a taxi no matter what time of day it was. Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday would deffinitly come back to hara nissi.

Excellent quite place for family/friends company. Comfortable, Clean.Nice pool. Comfortable parking.

Location is comfortable - by car 5 minutes access to main beaches, city center, highway, 15 minutes to large and non-expensive Hypermarket.
Everything as described and expected.
Google map direction not recognize properly way to the place.
Building number not appears on the building.
General property condition and cleaning are good but some minor internal doors (rooms and restrooms) fixes are required.
