As with many companies in the travel industry, customer service is our number 1 priority. Unfortunately as we all know we cannot please 100% of our clients and sometimes no matter what you try to do things excalate and not for the good.

With the most popular places to leave a review such as Google, Airbnb, Tripadvisor and other places it is very difficult to try to defend yourselves.
