INSURANCE & EXTRAS CDW does not cover damage to wheels, hub caps, aerials, trays, fuel cap, fuel errors, any glass parts or plastic parts (except windscreen), undercarriage, sump, clutch, interior parts, upholstery, child seats and loss or damage to the key.

Zero Excess applies only in cases of an accident with another moving vehicle and requires a police report to be obtained and Avis notified immediately for it to apply.

Zero Excess will not apply if damage is caused by negligence, reckless driving, collision with stationary objects, driving on non-asphalt or rocky roads, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or violation of Cypriot traffic laws. All of which will be charged and payable locally.
Breakdown assistance does not cover lock-outs, flat batteries, fuel delivery, change of tyres; extra costs may apply depending on the distance from the Avis station.
