This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has a corner sofa, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda. There is another double room and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.
Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Satellite TV and free WI-FI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Disliked · Ηταν παρα πολυ λερωμενο ολο το σπιτι μεσα κια έξω. Η αυλη ΓΕΜΑΤΗ ξερα φυλλα και βρωμιες η πισινα βρομικη και λερωμενη. Οι πετσετες απο τους προηγούμενους επισκεπτες ριγμενες στα ερμάρια.. Ουτε καν 1 χαρτι υγείας. Η κουζινα ηταν εφοδιασμένη μεν αλλα ολα πολυ λερωμενα.

Liked · The house is at an excellent location and you can find inside anything you need to make your stay pleasant. Any questions that we had before but also during our arrival were answered within few hours by the host.
