This modern 2 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 10 minute walk to Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
As you walk into the villa, you will find the modern and well-kept open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable seating area with widescreen and Satellite TV (Full UK satellite and Free Video on Demand). The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance that you require for your self-catering holiday. There is also a WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the two double bedrooms, both of which have an en suite bathroom with shower and WC and a shared balcony.
Outside, the garden features a barbecue, outside dining area and private pool.
The ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, lazy days sunbathing by the pool and within close reach of the beaches and resort centre.

Есть принадлежности для барбекю.
Персонал отзывчивый,разрешили выехать позднее,за что отдельное спасибо.
