The villa is set out on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living and dining area seating 8 persons. Widescreen TV, satellite and WI-FI connection are available and there is also a sound system and IPod / IPhone docking station. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a W/C on the ground floor.
The basement room of the villa is in effect a studio apartment. It features a comfortable living area with TV, a double bed, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a luxury shower/Jacuzzi unit.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony area which overlooks the garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower unit and WC. The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, beside cabinets and a door leading out to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen and satellite TV (including Full UK satellite, Russian channels etc), DVD Player and large patio doors leading to the garden and sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 8 persons. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a separate WC.
